Mr.
Gleason is a Managing Partner of New Horizon Asset Management
Group. He has been active in financial planning for more than 22 years. During that time, Mr. Gleason has assisted clients
in establishing sound financial plans to manage their assets.
He has assisted in and acted as trustee in established trust
accounts. He has worked with corporations, Partnerships,
sole Proprietors and Non Profit Groups to determine and
establish Employee Benefit Programs including Group Health,
Life, Disability and Dental. Retirement programs including
401K, 403b, Defined Benefit Plans, Defined Contribution
Plans, Profit Sharing and Money Purchase Plans. He formally
was the President of Hudson Trader Brokerage which was incorporated
in 1991 to provided financial planning, retirement, college,
wealth accumulation, business continuation planning, Employee
Benefit Planning and assists clients in planning custodial
and trust plans. Mr. Gleason is a General Securities Principal
and Financial Operation Principal, registered with National
Association of Securities Dealers. He graduated from Mount
Saint Mary College, The National School of Banking and The
School of Bank Marketing. Mr. Gleason is a Board of Director
with the United Way of Orange County and is a member of
the Finance Committee. |
Thomas E. Hughes
Managing Partner
Mr.
Hughes is a Managing Partner with New Horizon Asset Management
Group. He has over 18 years of Professional Asset Management
and Brokerage experience. Mr. Hughes has extensive experience
including financial, investment, estate/trust, business
and tax planning. He works mainly with high net worth
individuals and principals of businesses. He interacts
with his clients estate attorneys, CPA firms to ensure
a coordinated financial plan. He is a General Securities
Principal, and registered with National Association of
Securities Dealers and a Registered Investment Advisor.
Formally, Mr. Hughes was Senior Vice President of Hudson
Trader Brokerage were he provided financial, business,
estate/trust and tax planning to the high net worth individual
and business customers He sits on several boards to provide
advice on the investment of assets, charitable donations
and overall operation. He is an often a guest speaker
at community groups and national industry conventions
to talk about estate, trust, charitable giving and business
continuation planning.
